Pump-Motor Combos

Custom Hydraulic Pump and Motor Combinations

Hydraulic pump and motor combinations, also referred to as pump-motor combos, are ideal for replacing existing equipment quickly and economically or integrating into a new application. 

Each hydraulic pump is mounted to an AC electric motor via a bell housing; the use of a C-Face style electric motor enables us to use a pump-motor adapter instead of a foot mount bracket to provide superior shaft alignment. Industry leading couplings link the pump and motor shafts together. 

In order to create a customer experience as seamless as possible, electric motors are pre-wired for pump rotation and for low or high voltage (as specified by the customer).  When pumps with pressure compensators are used the hydraulic pump pressure can be pre-set for the customer.

All hydraulic pump-motor combos are tested electrically and hydraulically and subject to a Quality Assurance process.

Depending on customer requirements, typical options include:
Hydraulic gear pumps, vane pumps, or piston pumps
AC electric motors: Totally Enclosed, Fan Cooled (TEFC); single or three phase; 110, 220 or 440 volt. RPM and Horse Power vary by application.
